Warehouse management, expiry dates, EDI, and employee KPIs — labeling can be switched on later without migrating.
Every action in the system is tied to an employee, a warehouse, and a shift: application, aggregation, receiving, shipping. Managers see output, pace, and accuracy without manual reports or spreadsheets.
| Employee | Applied | Aggregated | Shipped | Errors | Accuracy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| А. Рахимов | 4 120 | 318 | 96 | 2 | 99,9% |
| Д. Юсупова | 3 640 | 402 | 128 | 1 | 99,9% |
| С. Каримов | 2 890 | 236 | 74 | 14 | 99,5% |

How many units each employee handled per shift, day, and month — broken down by warehouse and branch.

Average time per unit and per aggregate: bottlenecks on the line and at receiving become visible.

Every Asl Belgisi error is tied to an employee and an operation — investigation takes minutes, not days.
Marka Pro reconciles your data against the operator's responses and lists every discrepancy: what the error is, where it happened, who caused it, and what to do about it. Statuses update automatically, with a delay of up to 59 minutes.
Needs action6The rejection reason and the document to resend are both stated.
Needs action3Re-applying a code, or shipping someone else's, is stopped at the scanning step.
Discrepancies1The number of codes in a shipment is checked against the EDO document before signing.

Issuance, application, aggregation, shipments, stock, and errors on a single screen — no switching between systems.

Batches nearing expiry are highlighted in advance, with a notification by email and Telegram.

Owner, batch, status, and every operation along the chain — from issuance to sale.
Product labeling means applying a unique DataMatrix code to every unit of product for traceability from manufacturer to sale. In Uzbekistan the system is run by «Asl Belgisi», while Marka Pro handles the entire cycle — from code generation to reporting — automatically.
Creating and requesting DataMatrix codes by Asl Belgisi (gs1) rules. Bulk generation by batches is supported.
Generating emission documents, automatically sending the report to the Asl Belgisi system, and printing labels with unique codes.
Sign electronic documents (waybills, acts, invoices) right from the Marka Pro interface, with no manual steps.
Track every unit of product: code, owner, batch, expiry date, status and movement history along the chain.
Automatically generate reports on labeling, application, shipments and aggregation.

Create, sign and exchange electronic documents without leaving the system.

Sync data on products, warehouses, shipments and acts.

Exchange electronic invoices and waybills: documents are generated from Marka Pro shipments and sent for signing with no manual entry.

Labeling means applying a unique DataMatrix code to every unit of product for traceability from manufacturer to sale. In Uzbekistan the system is run by the «Asl Belgisi» operator. Marka Pro automates code generation, emission, label printing and reporting.
«Asl Belgisi» is Uzbekistan's state system for digital labeling and product traceability. Marka Pro integrates with it directly and automatically generates reports on labeling, application, shipments and aggregation.
DataMatrix is a two-dimensional barcode that encodes a unique product-unit identifier per the GS1 standard. Marka Pro generates, emits and prints such codes, and also scans them from a smartphone or a Datalogic scanner.
An AIK is an aggregated import code. An importer builds it to clear a batch through customs: it lists the marking codes packed into the packaging, along with the HS (TN VED) code and the quantity. In Marka Pro the AIK is assembled from packages that have already been scanned, signed with an electronic signature via E-IMZO, and registered with Asl Belgisi; it can be withdrawn if needed.
The list of product groups is defined by Uzbekistan's legislation and the «Asl Belgisi» operator. Marka Pro supports every category for which mandatory labeling has been introduced — with no industry restrictions.
An importer orders DataMatrix codes from Asl Belgisi before the batch clears customs, applies them to the goods or packaging, and enters the batch into circulation. In Marka Pro that is one chain: ordering and issuing codes, printing labels, reconciling the applied codes against actual receiving and the EDO documents, entry into circulation, and the report to Asl Belgisi. A mismatch between the batch and the waybill shows up before the document is signed, not after.
On a production site labeling runs as a chain: issuing codes, printing labels, applying them on the line, aggregating into boxes and pallets, and reporting application to Asl Belgisi. Marka Pro covers every stage in one service, works with Datalogic scanners and cameras, and its per-shift KPIs show each operator's output, pace, and errors — with no manual reports or Excel sheets.
The organisation registers with the Asl Belgisi operator and receives access to its API. Marka Pro connects to that access and runs on its own from there: ordering and issuing codes, sending application, aggregation, and shipment reports, and refreshing code statuses — with no manual file exports or uploads. Setup takes one day.
Marka Pro covers the whole cycle in a single service: labeling code statuses update automatically (up to a 59-minute delay), there's deep analytics and employee KPIs, control of goods nearing expiry, and automatic transparent reporting.
