Labeling imported goods in Uzbekistan
An importer is responsible for the codes long before the goods reach the warehouse: they have to be ordered from Asl Belgisi before customs, applied, and the batch entered into circulation. The batch does not match the waybill
A gap between actual receiving and the EDO document surfaces at signing time. Marka Pro reconciles the count and the composition against the document before signing and shows exactly which codes are missing.
Reconciliation lives in Excel
Manual exports from the operator's cabinet and merging spreadsheets take hours and break on every large batch. Here reconciliation is an operation in the system, not a file on somebody's laptop.

Order and issue codes before customs
The batch is created in the system and DataMatrix codes are ordered from Asl Belgisi against its composition and volume.
Print the labels
Labels are exported for printing in bulk or for a single position — with the crypto tail, in the format you need.
Apply and receive
Codes are applied to the goods or packaging and scanned at receiving — from a phone or a Datalogic scanner, offline included.
Build the AIK for customs
The aggregated import code is assembled from packages whose codes are already applied, filled out with the HS code and quantity, signed electronically, and registered with the operator.
Reconcile against EDO documents
The batch composition is checked against the incoming EDO document (Didox, Faktura, 1C). Differences are listed before signing.
Enter circulation and report
The batch enters circulation, the report goes to Asl Belgisi automatically, and code statuses refresh on their own.

Before the batch clears customs. DataMatrix codes are ordered from Asl Belgisi for a specific batch, applied to the goods or packaging, and only then does the batch enter circulation. Marka Pro runs ordering per batch ahead of time so goods never wait in the warehouse for their codes.
Marka Pro reconciles the batch against the incoming EDO document before signing and lists the difference: which codes are in the document but were not scanned at receiving, and the other way round. The fix happens before signing, not after the fact.
An AIK is the aggregated import code used to clear customs. In Marka Pro it is assembled from packages that already hold the marking codes: the document pulls in the contents, the HS (TN VED) code, and the quantity, is signed with an electronic signature via E-IMZO, and is registered with Asl Belgisi. A registered AIK can be withdrawn, and its contents stay visible on the document card.
